Creating mentally healthier, safer and more resilient workplaces
Mental Health First Aid® equips your people with the confidence and practical skills to recognise, understand and respond to mental health challenges in the workplace.
Delivered by an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Australia Instructor, this internationally delivered program helps organisations strengthen wellbeing, reduce stigma, encourage early intervention and build psychologically safer workplace cultures.
Why Mental Health First Aid matters
Every workplace will experience mental health challenges. Just as physical first aid helps people respond to physical injuries, Mental Health First Aid® provides practical skills to recognise and respond to mental health concerns before they escalate.
