Straight answers

The things people actually ask us, answered without the run-around.

How long does it take? Both run as blended delivery: you complete online theory first, then attend a face-to-face practical. CPR is about 2 hours online plus 2 in person; full first aid about 8 hours online plus 4 in person.

How long does it last? CPR currency: refresh every 12 months. Full first aid: every three years.

What do you walk away with? A nationally recognised Statement of Attainment (HLTAID009 or HLTAID011), issued within 30 days of completing assessment.

What it doesn't do. It doesn't qualify you to teach first aid, and it doesn't replace your workplace's own emergency procedures.

What does it cost? Pricing is shown on each course below. Fees are confirmed in writing in your enrolment agreement before you commit.

Got a whole team? We run group sessions on-site at your workplace and refresh everyone at once.
