FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between nationally recognised and non-accredited training?

Nationally recognised (VET) training results in an AQF qualification or Statement of Attainment and carries the NRT logo, our first aid (HLTAID), sport coaching (SIS) and HLTWHS001 products. Non-accredited professional development (leadership, AI, business, Mental Health First Aid, personal safety) builds practical capability but isn't a formal VET credential.

Do I need a Unique Student Identifier (USI)?

Yes, for nationally recognised training you need a USI, we'll help you set one up. Non-accredited professional development doesn't require a USI.

Can I get credit for my experience (RPL)?

Yes. Recognition of Prior Learning applies to our nationally recognised qualifications, we assess what you already know and credit it, which can reduce the units you need and your total cost.

Where and how do you deliver?

We're Melbourne-based and deliver across Australia. First aid and workplace programs are face-to-face (often blended with online theory); several programs offer online or in-house team delivery.

How much do courses cost?

Accredited courses show per-person pricing on their pages; workplace workshops are scoped and quoted per engagement. All fees are confirmed in writing in your enrolment agreement before you commit.
