All other programs on this page are non-accredited professional development programs and issue an Apex Certificate of Attendance, not an AQF credential. Full course information is provided in a written enrolment agreement prior to commencement.

Frequently asked questions

Which of your programs are nationally recognised?

HLTWHS001 Participate in workplace health and safety is nationally recognised training delivered on our scope (RTO 46324). Our psychosocial safety, hazard & risk, Personal Safety Program and Mental Health First Aid offerings are non-accredited professional development.

What does HLTWHS001 cost?

HLTWHS001 is $250 as a single unit. All fees are confirmed in writing in your enrolment agreement before you commit. See the full fees and charges.

Do you need anything to enrol in the accredited unit?

For nationally recognised training you'll need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and satisfactory Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills. We'll help you check both.

Can you deliver to our whole team on-site?

Yes. Workplace programs can be delivered on-site to teams and whole organisations; the non-accredited programs run as in-house/team delivery, Australia-wide.

What is the Personal Safety Program?

Non-accredited training combining situational awareness, conflict de-escalation and proportionate physical response, for frontline workers, lone operators and anyone who interacts with the public.
