Welcome to the new Apex Learning and Development website

A complete refresh of how we present our courses, programs, and services, cleaner navigation, better mobile experience, and a stronger focus on what our learners actually need to make informed decisions.

Team collaboration

If you've visited apexld.edu.au before, you'll notice things look different. We've rebuilt the site from the ground up, new design, new navigation, and a clearer way to explore what Apex actually does.

Here's what's changed and why.

Why we rebuilt

The old site grew the way most RTO sites do, one course page at a time, one policy document at a time, until eventually finding what you needed felt like work. We heard from learners and clients that the structure was confusing, the mobile experience was rough, and the path from "I'm interested" to "I'm enrolled" wasn't obvious enough.

Add to that the Standards for RTOs 2025, which came into effect on 1 July 2025, and the case for a refresh became clear. The new standards put a sharper focus on transparent, accurate information for prospective learners. We needed a site that made compliance easy to see, not buried in a PDF footer.

What's new

  • Five clear training categories. Sport Coaching, First Aid & CPR, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Business, and AI & Future Skills. Each has its own page with course details, who it's for, and how to enrol.
  • A real news section. The page you're reading. We'll use it for compliance updates, industry insights, and announcements, not corporate filler.
  • Mobile that actually works. Roughly two-thirds of our visitors arrive on a phone. The new design was built mobile-first.
  • Founder visibility. Allan and Adrian, the people behind Apex, are front and centre on the About page. You're working with practitioners, not faceless administration.
  • Direct links to our regulator. Every page connects back to ASQA, NCVER, and our scope listing on training.gov.au. If you want to verify anything we say, the link is right there.

What we kept

The same RTO number. The same trainers. The same commitment to practical, application-focused learning that started Apex in the first place. The look is new, the substance is the same.

What's coming next

The site is a living thing. Over the next few months we'll be adding:

  • Individual course pages for every unit we deliver on scope
  • Real learner stories, once we've gathered them with proper consent
  • A self-service enrolment form (currently it's a guided enquiry, by design, while we refine the process)
  • More articles on practical compliance and industry topics, written for people who don't read RTO standards for fun

One last thing

If something on the new site is broken, confusing, or just plain wrong, tell us. Drop us a note or email info@apexld.edu.au. We'd rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.

Thanks for being here.

The Apex Team
